How to Release Pain Through The Miracle Prayer

Praying is something beyond religion. There is no specific ideology or belief that needs to go with it; it is something that comes from your heart. It doesn’t need to look like anything either, it could be something like a walking meditation or chant. It depends on what you’re trying to create.

Sometimes however, especially when you’ve got a lot going on in your head, it’s really difficult to get your focus into prayer and meditation. This is pretty normal for most us.

However, letting go of your prayers and regular habits actually makes you feel even worse, because now you have nothing positive going into your system that day, so it’s a double whammy.

Also, on days where you are feeling bad or tumultuous emotions, you expend a lot of energy on the act of trying to repress and ignore those emotions, largely because they’re too sensitive, vulnerable or painful for you to face.

The answer to this conundrum then, is to do a prayer focusing on clarity and easing your mind, rather than a traditional prayer. 

The second thing is to REALLY FEEL all those emotions you’ve been denying while you say the prayer.

The logic is this: God/energy/Source works through emotion, and emotion clouds our ability to coherently form words. So how to get through it, is to offer the EMOTION directly to God/your guides/the Universe.

I’ve linked my favorite prayer – it’s known as the Miracle Prayer and contains the 42-letter name of God. Each line offers a different power to help you through your turmoil, including the ability to truly understand the nature of the ego.

If you really feel the emotions while praying this prayer, by the time you’re finished you should feel noticeable internal relief.

An alternate prayer that you can use is the Pleiadian I Surrender Invocation.

It is the act of feeling the emotions, and attaching them to the prayer, that enables you to release them to the universe.

Attaching the emotion to the prayer is a way of showing God/Source/whatever you call it EXACTLY what you’re praying for help with – even when you can’t find the words to verbalize it to yourself.

Prayer might seem like a religious or taboo act to many because of it’s use in many different religions.

The actual intent in prayer is what matters. It is a focus of your energy, diving deeper into your consciousness to better understand reality. It can be used to understand major blockages in your life that may be emotional, mental or physical.
